This guide is in a PDF format. There are a few options: you can purchase the guide on its own, the meal plans individually, or all together as a bundle. In the meal plans, each trimester has a 7 day meal plan with 3 meals and 3 snacks daily, all recipes, and grocery lists included.

When is the best time to purchase this guide?

Anytime on your prenatal journey! Whether you are trying to conceive and want to be prepared in advance, or you are in your second trimester and want to know how to catch up on nutrients - this guide can be utilized at any time during pregnancy. I do recommend purchasing as early in your pregnancy as possible so you have all of the information you need from the beginning.
