You’re growing a human — and you deserve support that honors your body, your baby, and your intuition.
Pregnancy isn’t supposed to feel like survival mode.
And yet — the nausea, the fatigue, the food aversions, the sensory overload… they’re making everything harder than it needs to be.

You’re trying to show up for your family.
Trying to eat “well” even when nothing sounds good.
Trying to trust your body — but everything feels off.

This isn’t what you imagined pregnancy would feel like.
And you’re not alone in that.

You don’t need to push through or “wait it out.”

You need relief.
You need a plan.
You need someone who actually gets it.
That’s exactly what Embrace the Bloom is for.
This is for the mom who is...
-
Exhausted from Googling “what to eat when you’re nauseous” with no real answers
-
Struggling to keep up with the day — let alone a toddler or job or to-do list
-
Watching her prenatal sit untouched because it makes her feel worse
-
Feeling guilty for not “enjoying” this pregnancy — even though she wants to
-
Craving deep support that’s practical, personal, and actually works with her symptoms

If you’re nodding along… you’re in the right place.

Frequently asked questions:
1. “Is this right for me if I’m still in my first (or second/third) trimester?”
Yes! Embrace the Bloom is designed to support you at any stage of pregnancy. Whether you’re navigating nausea in the first trimester, struggling with fatigue in the second, or preparing for labor and postpartum in the third, the program meets you where you are and adapts to your needs.

2. “What if I’m really struggling with nausea or food aversions—will this still work?”
Absolutely. Many clients come to me in the thick of nausea, food aversions, and exhaustion. I specialize in helping you find realistic, nourishing options you can actually tolerate—no pressure to eat "perfectly." It’s all about progress, not perfection.

3. “What if I have very little time or energy right now?”
This program was built for exactly that season of life. It’s designed to feel supportive—not overwhelming—with bite-sized guidance, simple meal ideas, and weekly touchpoints you can ease into. Everything is focused on helping you feel better, not adding to your to-do list.

4. “What if I already have a midwife/OB/doula?”
Wonderful! This program complements your existing care team. I focus specifically on holistic nutrition and lifestyle support to fill in the gaps your medical care may not address. Think of this as the nourishment piece you may be missing.

5. “Is this just meal plans, or is it more personalized?”
It’s much more than meal plans. While you do receive food guidance, this is a coaching container tailored to your symptoms, needs, and goals. We focus on your unique pregnancy experience, and you’ll get personalized feedback each week.

6. “I’m already taking a prenatal vitamin. Why do I need this too?”
Prenatals are a great start—but they’re only one piece of the puzzle. Your body still needs real food, symptom support, and deeper nourishment for energy, gut health, and baby’s development. This program helps you bridge the gap between supplements and real nourishment.

7. “Is this covered by insurance or health benefits?
Depending on your provider and your country’s policies, some clients have been able to use insurance funds. I’m happy to provide a receipt or documentation if needed—just ask!

8. “What if I don’t live in Canada?”
No problem! Embrace the Bloom is offered virtually, and I work with clients internationally. All sessions are online and scheduled to suit your time zone.

9. “What happens after I book?”
Once you book your clarity call, we will chat over the phone to make sure this is a good fit and we are both on the same page. I won't let you book if I don't think it will benefit you, promise! If it's a go, I will collect payment and we will book our initial consultation to start.
